I forgot to do a review for this game to be honest, but there wasn't exactly much to talk about. The pitch didn't look great and we lost 2-0. Marcondes came on and was just hoofing the ball up to an area of the pitch containing exactly zero Norwich City players, which he did on more than one occasion, to the sound of groans around the ground. It was definitely one of those games you just wanted to be over so you could go home. Not a great start to the year, but probably a symptom of the congested festive schedule.

Winning at QPR took us to the dizzying heights of 22nd, one point behind Portsmouth, but they have two games in hand, so while performances have generally improved, the losses to Stoke and Watford may again come back to bite us.
